Do I need to have a gym membership?

Nope! Everything can be done from home

What kind of equipment do I need?

A couple of dumbbells, water bottles or even wine bottles (I’ve had some clients do that before, ha!), loop bands, yoga mat, a stability ball would be awesome but not required

How long will the workouts take?

Average 30 minutes per workout, some as short as 10, some as long as 30 minutes

What are the workouts like?

The workouts are timed, meaning you do one exercise for a prescribed amount of time, rest, repeat, then eventually switch exercises. This gives you the ability to go at your own pace to challenge yourself while still staying in a specified time frame.
