At the end of the 8 weeks you can expect to feel accomplished. With easy to access workouts, step by step nutrition habits you'll build, it's the easiest thing you'll do for yourself! The community and accountability from myself will keep you going through the 8 weeks, so at the end you will feel amazing about everything you did for your health, and move that needle on your goals. 

You'll Feel Empowered

Armed with the knowledge of your health and fitness you'll gain through the challenge group you'll walk away with the right set of tools to feel empowered to keep going in your health journey. Your health journey doesn’t have to be hard, it can actually feel easy and simple, and that’s exactly what we do in our challenges. We simplify what you need to know and do to practically reach your goals. This includes talking about how to tailor your nutrition using my signature SD Fit Well Approach (which has gotten all of my 1-1 clients results!) and we talk about what exercises to do to reach your goals. You’ll know the how, what, when and why to reaching your goals

You'll Feel Enough

My challenge groups are different than any others, why? Because I keep Christ at the center and we are a no-judgment zone. If He’s not in this journey with you, then it’s never going to satisfy. As we go through the challenge I’ll encourage you through scripture and help you keep your eyes on Him and reach your goals in a God-honoring way. You are enough in Christ, your body is enough in Him, and that's enough for me as your trainer, and enough for everyone else in our community.
